Cancellation & Appointment Policy
Effective January 2026
At The Nightingale Wellness Clinic, all appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Many of our treatments require clinical preparation time and dedicated practitioner time, which cannot be reassigned at short notice.
Deposits
A 10% deposit is required to secure all appointments, regardless of how the booking is made (online, in clinic, or via message).
- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Deposits are fully redeemable against your treatment on the day.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours or in the event of a missed appointment.
Course & Package Bookings
For clients undergoing a course of treatments or using pre-paid packages:
- Cancellations within 24 hours will result in one full session being deducted from your course.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) will also result in one full session being deducted.
Important
Course sessions are allocated in advance as part of your treatment plan. Late cancellations prevent us from offering that time to other clients and disrupt clinical scheduling, which is why the above policy applies.
Missed Appointments & Late Arrivals
- If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given, the full treatment cost (100%) will be charged.
- If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to ensure clinic schedules run safely and on time.
Medical Considerations
We understand that genuine medical issues and emergencies can arise. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible, and we will always aim to act fairly and with clinical discretion.
