How It Works

Step 1

Book your free consultation

We map out every treatment you want to achieve over the next 12 months. No obligation, completely free.

Step 2

We build your personal plan

Every treatment is priced at its menu rate. The total becomes your annual credit. Divide by 12 and that is your monthly fee.

Step 3

Your tier and benefits are confirmed

Your monthly fee determines your tier, which unlocks your defined annual benefits and discount rate.

Step 4

Treatments are delivered throughout the year

Book and attend as planned. Each treatment is deducted from your credit balance as you go.

Step 5

Your discount activates automatically

Once your annual credit is used, your tier discount applies to every further treatment you book. No vouchers, no admin.

Yes. All treatment types are available on every tier. Injectable treatments are planned with Amy in your consultation and, where prescription-only medicines are involved, remain subject to clinical assessment at each appointment.
Any unused credit at the end of your 12-month membership must be booked by the end of the following month. Annual benefits do not roll over month to month.
Monthly payment is the standard Radiance Club arrangement, but if you would prefer to settle your plan differently just mention it in your consultation and we will find what works for you.
The Radiance Club is a 12-month membership. Full terms are available at the clinic and are talked through, in plain English, before you join.
